    matchcover from Verkamp's Indian Handicraft, souvenirs, and post cards "On South Rim of Grand Canyon" AZ.  There is a nice mileage table printed on the inside so I scanned it as well.  There is no tape, glue or handwriting on the inside of this matchcover.   This matchcover is in
    excellent unstruck condition.
