    Awesome vintage 1980s quilt coat for Girls.  My daughter wore this a few times oversized around age 3, but it looks like a
    5Y+
    Handmade though there is a label in it that is illegible.  Sawtooth shape button placket.  Tiny patch pockets outside, and a secret patchwork interior pocket for treasures.  So cute!  Great design reference.  Last photo is a really wild patchwork romper about 4T slim, listed for sale separately.
